Vulcan to the Sky

Vulcan ’09 Pledge Campaign

Vulcan XH558 will be grounded forever, unless further funding of £1million is identified by early March. This funding will allow the project to pay its monthly expenses, clear debt and provide a stable financial footing for the future. This aircraft has been restored to operational service. It visited several airshows during 2008, including Leuchars in September where unfortunately the weather prevented the display flight.

  1. We might not have actually got to see it fly at Leuchars but never the less it was still very impressive as it taxied along. I for one hope the money is found somehow and it doesn’t become a victim of the credit crunch.
