An update on the recipe for Five Minute Chocolate Mug Cake I previously posted.

I used Sunflower oil. For me Olive Oil would have added the wrong flavour. This is very much like a muffin mix.

The recipe called for 3 minutes in a 1000W microwave. The microwave I used was 800W, so I gave it 4 minutes.

We added ice cream and ate it warm. It was delicious, though it could have had more chocolate chips added (next time the whole pack – as the recipe called for around 3/4 of the pack I had bought).
